Year 1: 

• Recruited 57 students.

Year 2:

• Developed marketing plan.

• Found ways to make it easier for both us and the students to apply.

• Designed new business cards with a QR code for the students to scan to sign-up and apply.

  • This weaved out those students who weren't truly interested in working.

• Recruited 86 students

 Year 3: 

• Created new business cards.

• Contacted potential hirees.

• Recruited 122 students.
